Amusing greeting cards continue to be an important part of the greeting card industry. This course is especially for students with an ability to write humorous personal messages and a desire to combine them with cartoon art in a card format. Students should have completed level 1 courses or more, or received advance placement. The lessons focus on practical exercises in developing greeting card concepts (text and art) for special occasions, preparation of rough and color comprehensive sketches for submission to card markets and/or preparation of final art for personal uses. Each completed lesson will be sent to ToonMaker.com for pro review and critique.
